Whooo Pig!

This weekend Jason, Z, and I went to the big game with my family. Go Hogs!

This is a tough one. Sigh.

My parents with their crazy bunch minus our beautiful Reese. This is the first picture that we've taken with my parents and their grandkids since Reese was born. As I look at this picture, I can't help but think how much Reese is missing out. Jason and I are blessed with such fun amazing families, why wouldn't she want to be here with us? I know in my heart this isn't true, and she is having the time of her life in Heaven with Jesus. I just keep reminding myself this.
My wonderful family

Z, Abby, Mary, & Garrett played with two babysitters. ; )
This is the first picture I received for Reese's name gallery. It's perfect.
Candy corn has been a popular idea, so I can tell a lot of people like it. This is too cute. I love how each one is very unique and shows me your hearts. Thank you so much for taking time to do this for us. Each time I see one I am touched deeply. Although I would much rather be putting pictures of her cute baby self in albums, I love honoring Reese in this way.

I will post more pictures later this week, and please keep them coming.

Sweet sister. Reese WAS with us here all weekend long. I thought about her every moment. She will always be with us and nothing will ever change that. She is the 6th grandchild and will ALWAYS be!!! She is just having more fun with Jesus AND our crazy relatives that are with her now!! I am jealous!!!

I wish with all my heart that Reese could be in that picture. I am trusting Jesus with the pain, though, and I know you are too.
I am still brainstorming for her name gallery picture!

Sweet Katie! I am sure Reese is also torn! She is having a beautiful life with Jesus, but who would not want to be with you, Jason, Z and the rest of the Family?! You are a wonderful mother to both of your children and always will be! I love the Name Gallery! I better get busy!!

Hi! You were very close to me during that game!! I was at work at the hospital just down the road! I had my Razorback earrings and bracelet on! =) I want to tell you how amazing I think it is that you go to the blogs of those that comment on yours to tell them how much it meant to you that they commented (did that make sense???) You have a lot of things on your plate with your Little Mister and you could just let your grief overcome you, but you haven't. What a testimony!!! I feel so special that you have taken the time out to come to my blog and tell me that my words have encouraged you....YOU, my friend, have encouraged ME!! What a sweetheart you are!

Love you sweet sis. So thankful to see your smiling face. As I've said over and over...your strength amazes me. I long for the grandkid pic to be "full", and I will miss her more every time they all have a picture made. We will continue to talk about her to Allie and to Mary as she starts to understands. They will know they had a sweet baby cousin that they will meet one day in Heaven. Miss you already:)

I've never commented but have read your journey of grief that I think none of us could ever fathom having to go through. I have admired the process you have walked through in walking through such deep grief. Your strength in our Savior is a testament to why we live...because He lives in us. There is a little cafe in Portland, OR near where I live called "cafe reese". I plan on going there and taking a picture of the sign for your sweet Reese. My daughter's name is Kaitlyn Reese, so I think of you often. Praying for you frequently!!!

Sweet baby Reese will always be a part of your family. She changed you all (and so many of us!) What a powerful life she had, and how precious to think of her in the arms of Jesus, who loves her THE MOST!

My heart aches for you as you must go through these unexpected painful times. Still praying here!!

I Love all of Reese's pictures. What a sweet idea, Katie! I know you would rather be filling albums of pictures of her here on earth. I love the pic of you Jason, and Zach. It is so cute. It is good to see smiles! We pray for you guys every day!
