Random Wednesday

1. YES there was spam in some of the food at the tournament. Oh my. Let's just say I dug into the seven layer dip only to find out that spam was one of the layers. ; ) Ahhh! That was the first and last time I've tried it. Thankfully, there was lots of good food without it.
2. This is what happens when Colson gets a hold of the light/fan remote. Not good. Boys are so destructive! Thank goodness he's so cute.
3. If you don't have one of these squirt bottles, you need one. For each child. They are $1 at Target, and the best $2 I've spent lately. ; ) I just tell the boys to go on the back deck and have a good time. Of course you will get wet in the process, but it's just part of the fun.

4. I used to feel so sorry when I saw someone eating alone at a restaurant. Then Jason would tell me he grabs a quick bite sometimes when he's working, and I just hated thinking of him eating alone (even though it's no big deal to him). Now sometimes when I'm out running errands and have a sitter for the boys, I'll stop in Panera with my computer and eat lunch by myself. It's so nice! I get it now. ; )
5. I love when the bug man comes to our house. We always have a spider issue in the spring/summer, so he's my best friend right now. Anyway, Z loves to "help" him and is entertained for at least 30 minutes. It's great!

Happy Wednesday!

Put your face in the sunlight...the LORD will shine over you.

We have the worst spider problem right now and I am afraid to get the bugman out b/c he says he will have to spray inside the house. That makes me nervous, just curious what does ur bugman do for the spiders?? :) Oh and I am so going to TarJay and getting those bottles ;)

I used to feel that way too about eating alone. Now I like it:-)

I've just started eating lunch by myself too. I had always worried what people would think of me if I did, but as I get older the more I enjoy it (and could care less what other people think - ha!). Spiders - ick!

I was out running errands a couple of weeks ago and stopped at Jason's Deli to eat lunch alone! I couldn't believe how much I enjoyed it. I sure love my family, but it's nice to have a quiet meal every once in a while! :)

Colson in those sunglasses crack me up! He is so precious, he looks like a football player wearing Elton John shades, what a doll! I want to sing Crocodile Rock when I see that picture, makes me smile all over my face love it! Yay for the bug man, spiders eeeeeek, we get that problem to and it freaks this momma out! Glad it occupies Z for a bit, and I am so gonna have to find one of those water squirters! They are super cute too!

Ahhh I'm the same way, Katie. It gets me every time I see someone eating alone, especially an elderly person. Maybe I should try eating by myself sometimes and see if it helps me. Ha!

I love to eat lunch by myself - it isn't often that I can sit at a table in silence... I enjoy it :)

I was the same way about not wanting to eat alone until I had a baby. Now it doesn't bother me and I really enjoy it most of the time!
