The Master

Lately Colson has been throwing some really BIG fits. It's not like him because overall he's pretty easy (which we are VERY thankful for). So I've been trying to think of something to describe him. We are not in the "terrible twos," but he's "definitely two!"

His face is looking much better. ; )
The other day I heard Zach say to Colson, "Colson, I am not the master, Mommy's the master." I have no idea where he heard this, but I like it! Smart boy.
I asked Zach what he learned in Sunday school, and he told me all about the story of David and Jonathan. It was really cute to hear his version of King Saul and how David and Jonathan were best friends. He said, "They sticked together and they never sticked apart."

Don't you want a friend like this? ; )

Hope you had a great weekend. It went by way too quickly!

From the rising of the sun to its setting, the name of the LORD is to be praised!

I got to hear about how Moses was not a baby in the basket anymore but he grew up and saw a burning bush and that bush burned right up...I mean it burned ALL THE WAY UP, MOMMY! It's actually amazing what they can pick up on at such a young age. God bless Sunday school teachers!

That is such a funny story about you being the master. My son Kellen came home from school last week and told me that he told one of his classmates that they were not his boss. Mommy is my boss. I am sure his classmate appreciated hearing that. Kids are funny.

I know about these fits!!-Screaming and squirming on the floor over not getting his way? I think its the age. Sometimes I put him in the crib to get a quick break. It's either that or down Oreos I don't need.
