Butterflies

I feel like I've been holding my breathe all week. You know that feeling? Jason has been out of town, and the boys and I have had something every night. Our days have been very scheduled, too. I just wanted everything to go smoothly. ; )

So now it's Friday, and I'm so thankful we've made it. The boys and I had a fun few days.

Yesterday I even juggled them and Riley at Petsmart. I know that's not a big deal for some of you, but it is for me. Ha!

Last night we went to our second SHARE butterfly release. Shannon and Westin joined us. I'm so glad they came.
Zach is so gentle with his bugs. He had at least three butterflies on him most of the time. We had to convince him to let them fly away. ; )
Colson really didn't know what to think, but he liked running around outside barefoot.
Sweet boys
Shannon and I were laughing about how Westin follows Zach and Colson follows Westin. We are in trouble!

Doing things like this in honor of Reese are becoming a normal part of our lives, and that's just how I want it to be.

I'm waiting for God to make things right. I'm counting on God to listen to me.

Wordless Wednesday

True to Your word, You let me catch my breath and send me in the right direction.

Life is Bliss

Last night Zach and I went to Bliss cupcakes before his soccer team pictures. Our sweet friends just opened their second store. So exciting!

Zach immediately picked out the one with the sprinkles (red velvet). He ate the icing, and I ate the cupcake. Yum!
Even though he was a wild man, I loved our little date. ; )

Therefore encourage one another and build each other up...

Today

Today is a special day. The first Sunday in May celebrates moms who have lost babies. "This special day was created to honour and celebrate mothers who carry some if not all of their children in their hearts rather than their arms. On this day each year we come together to celebrate our connection, our babies and children and our hope for the future."

GOD has brought amazing women into my life who have children in Heaven. They personally walk beside me, and anytime I can honor them I want to. Happy Mother's Day!
Our boys LOVE ice. A cup of ice makes everything better I guess. ; )

Don't you just love Colson's hair? Ha! He screamed throughout most of his haircut, but the stylist did a good job. You an actually see his sweet face.

In Your presence is fullness of joy...

Big Boy

Hope ya'll are having a good Saturday! Jason and I are in the middle of a tennis tournament. ; ) It's hot but FUN!
This cutie pie thinks he is big stuff these days.
He chases Zach around the house with this mischievous grin on his face threatening to throw something at him. Not good.
Of course he loves his big brother and likes to do everything he sees Zach doing, too.
I can't believe school is almost out, and summer is right around the corner, can you?

...worship the Lord in the splendor of His holiness.

Oh My

Colson loves life. And food. ; )

The boys think it's so fun to eat outside these days, and I like not cleaning up inside. Works perfectly!

This cutie pie is getting a hair cut today. Yea! For the first time by someone other than Jason. I'm crossing my fingers it goes well!

...the Lord is gracious and compassionate.

Race to Remember

Today I'm linking up with Tesha's Treasures. She is such a sweet mom who lost her baby boy Jonathan in January. She now organizes a link-up on Tuesdays for other moms with children in Heaven. Just to encourage one another! Love this.

I'm SO excited to share something with ya'll. On Saturday, July 21st there is going to be the first ever Race to Remember 5K in Bentonville, AR. This walk/run will benefit Now I Lay Me Down To Sleep.

NILMDTS is an amazing group of photographers all across the US who provides "remembrance photography to parents suffering the loss of a baby..."

Lisa Mac took pictures of Reese with us, and she will be a friend of mine for life. She was with us during the hardest time of our lives...and yet a very holy time. I don't know what I would do without the beautiful pictures we have of Reese.

If want to be a part of this race and walk or run in honor of a little sweet one you can register HERE.

Can't wait! Hope to see some of ya'll there. ; )

If you have any questions, please feel free to email me.

But perfect love drives out fear...
