I'm SO proud of my boys! Jason and Zach ran in a race while I was gone, and both of them won. ; ) Jason ran a 5K, and Z ran in a 1 mile fun run.
It's the the only race in the world with a leg on an airport runway. That's what got Jason interested in it. Zach ran his first race with G Daddy, Gran, and Colson (in a stroller).
Jason and Z were on the news talking about the Iron Pig Festival. I joke with him that he sounded a little bit country. I love it. Just click on the video if you want to see. ; )
Date night tonight. ; ) We are taking Colson to FNO (Friday Night Out) at our church for his first time. I guess we will have to eat quickly since he goes to bed at 7:30. Ha!

Yes, that's why Parent's Night Out has never worked for us...Ben goes to bed at 6:30!
I would take advantage of that night out no matter what! My husband and I were just discussing that is it no longer fun to go out to eat with the kids. We are too busy fooling with them the whole time! They are the same ages as yours roughly. We grilled out this weekend instead. We can still go when we only have one or they go to grandparents:)

Sounds like fun! Kid's run are the best because they get so excited to do what their parents are doing.
