Being silly at a dance
This is Emily's baby Hudson, and also Zach's friend. They were born about one week apart, and I am so glad they like their jogging strollers. I would be in trouble if Zach didn't like his!
Zach was all over the place while we were trying to take their picture, and Hudson just looked at him like he was crazy! Zach even tried to pull his hair a few times. Not good, but for the most part he behaved himself. ; )
I have waited since before Zach was born for him to be big enough to wear his "Blessed" onesie! I love it! You can't really see it well, but there is a brown cross on the front with the word Blessed underneath it.
He makes me laugh in these pictures because he is so serious!
This week we had some fun with friends in the pool. Zach splashes around like a little fish!
Worn out!
Riley likes to be the center of attention. It's obvious to everyone who knows her. Alot of people were worried about how she would react when we brought Zach home. She has done so well, although she has definitely had her pitiful moments. Riley is still very much a part of our family and is great entertainment for Zach (yea!), but I have been lacking in the toy department for her. So much so that she began to play with leaves and sticks in the backyard! I know...so sad. The other day, I bought another chicken and alot of toys, so Riley is a happy dog.
Today Jason and I have been married for six years. Wow! I can't believe I'm old enough to be married that long! Who knew six years ago we would have a beautiful seventh month old son?
Drumroll please...the five people I am passing this award on to are (in no specific order)...
Summer has a precious dog named Jack. Zach loved him! He is so used to Riley that he didn't quite know what this little furry creature was about! He tried to "pet" him a few times, but pinched his skin in the process. Jack was a trooper!

My bunco group
I started playing bunco in January with ladies from my neighborhood. They were a blessing to me from the beginning because (a) it was dark and winter, (b) it was nice to get out of the house, and (c) they are just a fun bunch of ladies! I only knew a few of them, but I decided to step out of my comfort zone, and I'm so glad I did.
Zach taking a snooze
This is a great idea because I hate going grocery shopping. It's working so far because I've only been to the neighborhood market twice this week. Ha! Sam's doesn't have everything, right!?
I also bought him a baby pool, so we'll be trying it out soon!
This afternoon we took Zach to the pool. Here he is ready to go!
Jason (yes, he buzzed his hair...actually, I did it!) and Zach
Zach splashed and splashed.
He doesn't care that his face gets all wet.
