It's hard to believe all the snow that surrounded us this past weekend, and now it's almost gone. I'm loving these warmer temps!
Saturday was a beautiful sunny day, and we met some friends to sled. I love watching Jason and Zach together. They are both big risk takers! Z never hesitated to hop on the sled.

This has disaster written all over it.
I'm carrying Z back up the hill. His face tells it all. ; )
Sledding train
Off they go
Colson is saying, "Are we seriously out here sledding down a hill on snow and ice? When is my turn?" Ha!
One of my sweet blog friends Summer and her daughter Kelcee released red balloons in honor of Reese for Valentine's Day.
She told Kelcee that Reese would love playing with them. Such a special and thoughtful thing to do. Thank you, Summer!
We went through fire and through water, yet You brought us out into a place of abundance.

What great pics of the sledding fun. I bet Colson can not wait to play in the snow. I am a follower of Summer and she is such a sweetheart and excellent Mom to Kelcee. That did not surprise me at all. :) Have a great day!

ReplyDeleteI am sure Reese is enjoying those balloons in Heaven! What a sweet idea!

ReplyDeleteAND...what a precious friend you have!!!
Summer is incredibly sweet!!! Love the pictures. Lauren would fit right in. She isn't afraid of anything.
ReplyDeleteI love Jason's hat I wanna get Greg one and when I get better go skiing and take a pic of him in it :) I may just buy him one now!!

You are so welcome girl Kelcee and I really enjoyed doing it and when Kelcee said "I think she will really like playing with these balloons" I teared up! If you know Kelcee she holds grips to balloons but this time she was happy to share :)

ReplyDeletesaw this & thought of you.... thats for all your inspiration & reminding me the best is yet to come! I'm trying blogging but who wants to hear the trials & tribulations of a grad student HA.
What fun! We had so much ice here that sledding would've been too dangerous! My boys have been dying for snow but I am loving the warmer temps this week!
ReplyDeleteYour boys are so sweet! I think your Z and my Cooper would get along great from your descriptions:).
Does Colson like his Sophie? I saw that he was holding it.. Sophie is Timothy's BFF! He loves that rubber smelling giraff!! ha! :)
ReplyDeleteHi Katie,
ReplyDeleteMy name is Lindsey Williams and I've been following your blog for the past year or so. I've never commented before but you are such an inspiration and I love reading about your sweet little boys. I'm hoping you can help me out with something... I have a friend who's daughter just gave birth to a baby girl at 24 weeks. I would like to send this family a care package and would love to include little bows. I love the sweet bows Reese wore, can you please tell me where you found them? Thank you so much.
Lindsey
