Jason and Zach drove through a car wash this week, and Z didn't quite know what to think.
He said, "We better get out of here, Daddy!" So cute.
I was terrified of car washes when I was a little girl, too. I would curl up in a ball on the floor of the car behind my mom's seat. Although he is not quite as scared as I used to be, I guess he gets it from me. ; )
Seek the LORD while He may be found;
call on Him while He is near.
Isaiah 55:6
I used to be scared too :) It makes my boys nervous for sure! So glad y'all are having such a wonderful time as a new family!! Praying for you all and Colsen is so beautiful!
ReplyDeleteAww... poor guy! I have a friend who is still terrified of going into a car wash. That is when a bucket and water sounds good. ;)

Aww!! I'm still a little freaked out by them!
ReplyDeleteI used to be scared too as a little girl...then once, when I was older, I went through a car wash and my car went off the tracks. They had to stop the system to get me back up and running. LOL...
ReplyDeleteHi,
ReplyDeleteJust stopping by to say hi. Love your blog. And many congratulations and rejoicing for the gift of life again with sweet Colson. Enjoy every minute. God has blessed you and it is evident that your heart overflows with His joy and love.
Enjoy each precious moment.
Love in Christ,
Stacy
Look at him - poor guy! I know how he feels. I still get a little freaked out in a car wash!
ReplyDeleteMy mom always tells the story about when she took me through one and I unbuckled myself from my car seat and crawled into her lap, I was so scared!
ReplyDeleteKatie - SO HAPPY for you guys!!!
ReplyDeleteAbby sits in my lap, facing me with her ears covered! She hates them too! Can't wait to see you! TWO weeks!!
ReplyDeleteThat's awesome. Lauren screams "no no no no no" anytime we go through one.
ReplyDeleteToo cute! I get scared of those too and I'm the driver! :)
ReplyDeleteOh, my gosh! I used to do almost the same thing as you. I'd lie face down in the back seat with my ears covered and wait for my mom to say it was all done. It was so scary :)
ReplyDeleteThat's cute! I was terrified of car wash's as a kid also. It was BAD! I've taken lil' man through 4-5 car wash's just so he won't be like me. He's not scared, but he is definitely apprehensive...
ReplyDeleteZach is getting so BIG!! Hope your new lil' man is doing well. He's definitely a little angel!! God bless!
Maybe Zach would have curled up on the floor if he wasn't locked into his seat! :) My kids learned how to unbuckle quickly when car washes were in the mix!
ReplyDeleteGlad to see the pics of Colson on the last blog...take the hat of Colson and the bow out of Reese's hair and they favor each other tremendously. A little birthday gift from God. :)
