I received our 2009 blog book. Wow. I know it's just a book, but to me it's almost sacred. It holds so many thoughts and emotions of the hardest year of our lives. Glad to have it in my hands!

The only thing I would change about these books is I wish the pictures were bigger. It's fine though because I have these pics on my computer and most even printed out.
Colson's bedding is ready. I love it!
Right now I am using a cream crib sheet, but I think I'd like a brown one too.
We ordered a book shelf but still haven't painted the trunk. Can't decide on a color. ; ) The nursery is coming together, although I have no idea what I want to put on the walls. I couldn't decide when getting this room ready for Reese either. I keep thinking I'll know when I see it.
Thirty weeks!
I like being in the 30's. Makes me feel a lot safer. ; )
Me trying to get a sweet picture with Zach. Not happening. He is saying, "No, go away Mommy!"
Our little Mr. Independent...maybe Colson will be a Mama's boy. ; )
"Who makes mouths?" the LORD asked him...Is it not I, the LORD? Now go, and do as I have told you. I will help you speak well, and I will tell you what to say."
Exodus 4:11-12

He's only 10 1/2 months & I'm already seeing signs of independance!

Katie,
ReplyDeleteYou look beautiful! I always love to see your wonderful ideas for your family and your home.
People always talk about the "terrible" two's that their children went through or are going through. (I wish they'd change that term to "trying" two's...) Anyway, for both of my kids it was the "trying three's" and I'm glad to say we all survived! ;-) There were moments I wasn't sure we would, but the kiddos are happy teenagers now (is that an oxymoron?). Keep your chin up during those trying times.
I'm praying for you!
Katie - you look awesome!

ReplyDeleteCan you show us a page of the blog book so we can see how big the pictures are. Also, about what do they cost for a year? I am thinking of starting a blog just so I can get the "scrapbook" at the end of the year. What a neat story of your family.
Robin
