Reese's Name Gallery #11

A woman saw me with Z after Bible study and asked if I had any other children. I said, "Yes, I have a daughter (loving hearing this on my lips but praying she wouldn't ask the next question of how old Reese is)." The lady said, "Oh, that's nice" and walked away. I breathed a sigh of relief. It was so nice to say this! To answer her with the truth but not have to go into anything deeper. I don't know if questions like this will ever be normal to me...just a part of our new life.

More pictures of Reese's beautiful name...thank you! We love each and every one.

And those who know Your name put their trust in You, for You, O Lord, have not forsaken those who seek You.

  1. Ok, so how in the world did they make the trampoline picture? Not a footprint in sight! Beautiful. And by the way, He IS faithful :)

  2. The pics for the gallery are awesome! I love the little ornament rattle! I'm glad you were able to answer a simple question without having to go into detail! You are Reese's mommy and always will be! A great one at that :0)

  12. that's always hard, tonight at the Y a worker said to my 4yr old about her 9m old brother "wow you are so lucky to have a little brother, i bet you love him so much!"

to which she replied "oh i do, and i also love my little SISTER, who is almost three, but she died in my mama's tummy"

said so proudly and lovingly, and the woman was so shocked and almost...appalled. *sigh* to have the innocence of a child and just be able to proclaim our children's lives, with no fear of awkwardness or anything.

    *hugs*

  14. I know that was hard, but God is faithful. If I am fretful about a situation or questions, I'll usually ask God to please close people's mouths like He did with the lions and Daniel :)...

The name gallery is growing and each one is so precious!

    Praying for you....
