Reese's Ornaments

Do ya'll remember this frame? We used it in the pictures of our family and friends at Colson's 1st birthday party. So after two of my favorite ornaments were broken while we were putting up our tree this year, I thought of another use for it.

Instead of putting Reese's ornaments on our tree I would hang them in the frame.
Right now I keep all of her ornaments in this pretty round box.
Zach even helped me with this little project, and so far so good. ; )
My little men before church yesterday
I'm so thankful for how busy they keep me especially this time of year. My heart is so happy and broken at the same time. We are very blessed yet our sweet baby girl is missing.
I cherish each of our children and love celebrating the holidays with our boys!

Who can separate us from the love of Christ?

  6. I love the frame! Reese's ornaments are so beautiful. I also had two ornaments broke this year by my 3 year old. One of those was given to me by a coworker over 20 years ago :(
    Your boys are so precious, and Colson is looking more like you every day. Prayers for comfort for you.....{{hugs}}

  7. Reese's ornaments are my favorite. Abby helped me put mine up and she talked about her cousin in heaven. Love you and can't wait to see you!

  8. Cute idea, Katie. I enjoy how you incorporate Reese into your lives. Our huge shepherd breaks our ornaments on the dining room tree. We place a large tree in the bay window area and he literally spins the thing around if he gets excited. I ugliest ones along the bottom. By the end of the season, we only have ornaments on the top....Obviously our better ornaments go on the tree in the living room.

    This is such a fun, amazing time of the year but it can be so bittersweet as well for so many. I pray for you often, but will be remembering you and Jason during the holidays. Thinking of sweet Reese;)

  20. Katie...

    I love that idea. So sweet! And I so get it. I am right there with ya this year. Thinking of sweet Reese and Julia Grace having Christmas with Jesus this year. As beautiful as it is here on Earth during the Christmas season, my heart knows there is nothing that can compare to worshipping at His feet. What imagery!

    Thinking of you and your sweet, sweet family.
