Trust

I didn't worry at all about Zach while I was away last weekend. He was in good hands. ; )

Here is a place near Me. I will put you in the crevice of the rock and cover you with My hand...

Exodus 33:21-22

  1. OH MY! Does that not make your stomach turn? I guess if you are used to going out to the lake and you have done it before it probably wouldn't bother you. I bet Z loved it! I would have been terrified. My husband won't even let our Bailey go out on the boat with my dad, lol.

Sometimes I find myself worrying about the kids when I go on a girls trip, but then I remind myself that my husband loves them just as much as I do.
So glad that you had a nice trip!

  41. Ha! I showed this to my boys (ages 17, 14, 11, and 6) and they said, "Yeah, that's why we like to go to the lake house with Dad!" so now I know the rest of the story around here, too! :)

Glad you are all enjoying summer in your own way--can't wait til Colson joins the fun!

  51. You and I must be some of the only moms out there who don't stress when Daddy takes the boys to have a little fun! The comments made me understand more why other moms are always saying things about the things we let our kids do! That looked super fun. I wish our lakes were warm enough to be doing that right now! Not that being cold stops my boys ... but it does stop me!
