Tell Your Story

Colson and I are enjoying this cloudy fall day! The trees are gorgeous, and he loves pointing out the different colors to me.
A few months ago Kelly asked me to share some of our story on her Testimony Tuesday. I'm always honored to talk about Reese and what God is doing in our lives. I love how she told me last night a testimony is ongoing. So true!
If we are believers we all have a testimony. I wish I didn't have the one I do, BUT God is still good and I still trust Him.
I pray you see His faithfulness today!

I will praise You every day.

Fall Friday

This week has been BUSY! It's just the fall season, and it's all fun stuff. We live in a calm chaos these days. ; )

Earlier this week Colson and Westin had a little modeling session with my sweet friend Lisa Mac. We met her when she took pictures of Reese in the hospital, and she will always mean the world to me.
They were too cute. We'll see if anything comes from it. They just had fun running around and making us sweat. ; )
Wednesday morning Colson and I drove to Greenwood, and I spoke at a Mops group. The theme this year is A Beautiful Mess: Embrace Your Story. Any mom can identify with feeling like a mess sometimes! These women were very warm and welcoming, and I felt so relaxed speaking. Nice! Cols was my little supporter and buddy. ; )
Yesterday Zach performed in his first kinder program. Such a cute cowboy. ; ) It wasn't sad at all, but I did get choked up watching him. Goodness me. The horse kills me. Isn't it great?!
Sweet daddy. I'm more in love with this man every day.

Have a wonderful weekend!

Bring joy to Your servant's life, since I set my hope on You, Lord.

Fun Fall Days

October is flying by! It's always a busy time of year, and the past few days have been a calm crazy if this makes any sense.
My mom and one of her besties Claudia came up for our annual craft fair tradition. So fun! I bought two Christmas wreaths just perfect for our front doors.
One of my best friends Ashley was in town visiting her dad and spent Thursday afternoon with me. She went to Zach's tennis lesson and Colson's soccer lesson. I wish she could ride around with me more often. ; )
Trish, my mom, Shannon and I wore our Reese shirts Friday at the NWA convention centers. Sometimes this day falls on October 15th and sometimes it doesn't but we still like to wear them.
Don't you just love Zach's face? He hardly ever smiles this way. Friday was the Homecoming pep rally, and our good family friend Shelby was on the homecoming court. So pretty!
That night we braved the first quarter of the football game in the rain but then couldn't take it anymore.

Hope this weekend was good for you!

For the Word of the LORD is right, and all His work is trustworthy.

October 15th

Yesterday was Pregnancy and Infant Loss Remembrance Day. To honor Reese and my Hope Group babies the boys and I released pink and blue balloons.
I was very touched just writing the babies' names and praying for their moms. I am so blessed by the women in my group!
The boys loved helping. ; )
Colson was so excited and kept saying over and over, "They went WAY up into the sky!"

For the word of the LORD is right, and all His work is trustworthy.

Saturday Six

Hello! Oh my goodness I've missed being on here! My fingers are itching to type.

My "5 on Friday" has turned to "6 on Saturday." ; )

1. I am loving my Hope Mom group. I'm blessed with ten amazing women who are stuck with me for the next 6 weeks (it began 2 weeks ago).

2. Ya'll. Phone. Drama. This started a few weeks ago when I dropped my phone in a parking lot and shattered the face. I'm on new face #4 because my digitizer keeps messing up. Let's just say I know the Phone Doctors really well. I think they try to hide when they see me coming. BUT I do have a cute new case so this helps!
The PD recommended the Commuter OtterBox because I didn't want anything bulky but really needed an OtterBox. I found a site that personalizes them on etsy. Yea!

3. I started using Rodan and Fields in January. LOVE. I decided it was time to get serious about skincare. I'm 33 and not getting any younger. Ha! I've never used anything like it before and could tell a big difference in just a few days. I use the Reverse Regimen.

A blog reader named Veronica sent me this mini facial to try and it's wonderful. I've used it the past several days, and my face feels so soft. Thanks, Veronica! She lives in the Dallas area so if you are interested in trying R & F out contact her!

My good friend Morgan sells R & F and originally sparked my interest so I order mine through her. ; )

4. Last night we went to the cutest "drive-in movie" birthday party. The kids even sat for about 20 minutes watching the movie eating popcorn and snacks.
5. We carved pumpkins today.

Zach is holding Reese's little pumpkin. ; )

6. Dear Fall, please slow down. You are going by way too quickly!

You clear a straight path for the righteous...yes, my spirit within me diligently seeks You.

Newk's Tennis Camp

This past weekend I went to Newcombe's Tennis Ranch with 11 other tennis friends. These ladies are crazy about tennis! We had so much fun and worked hard.
We had four clinics total - one Friday, two Saturday and one Sunday.
My roomies Christy, Mollie, and Lisa. I didn't want to carry my big camera around so these phone pics are all I have. ; )
We played tennis for hours, ate lots of good food, and laughed at the silliest things. Can't wait to do it again. Camp is definitely not just for kids!

I know that You can do anything and no plan of Yours can be thwarted.

Riffraff

If you live in Northwest Arkansas I'm sure you know about the absolutely cutest boutique Riffraff, and if you don't know about it yet then you do now. ; ) They sell clothes, furniture, home decor, gifts, accessories and lots of fun Razorback goodies!

I've added a button that will link you right to Riffraff's online store, and all of my readers also receive a customer code for 10% off your entire purchase every time.

Code: KATIESKEEPERS.

Thanks, Riffraff!
I found this little number there, and I just love it! It's called Game Day Zig Zag. Even though we don't go to a lot of the games you can't beat red and black. ; ) I'm a sucker for red and chevron.
I love how big necklaces look on other women but I can't seem to pull those off! So I usually stick with smaller necklaces like this one. I like the colors and that it's different from what I've seen.

Riffraff's prices are affordable and shopping there brightens my day. It's hard not to find just a little something for a friend or treat for myself. ; )

This local gem is truly where "southern charm meets uptown chic." Be sure to follow their blog, facebook page, and instagram so you won't miss anything unique and completely "you!"

For still the vision awaits its appointed time; it hastens to the end-it will not lie. If it seems slow, wait for it; it will surely come; it will not delay.
